Larry's
latest work using an all L.A. band, blends together multiple generations and
styles of Jazz. This work was given the "thumbs up" from LA Jazz veteran
Bobby Shew who calls it "tremendous!"

Inspiration
comes in many forms. While on a world cruise inspired by the seas and different
countries visited, these works poured out. "I would hang back after
the band's sets and work out my piano fantasies." Mood for
Guitar#3 & Suite in Four Rooms were both inspired by the apartment in
Italy where Larry lived with his now wife, Eileina. The suites' movements are
named for each of the main rooms.
Christmas
music handouts have been regarded a tradition in Larry's immediate circle of
friends and family. What do you get for someone who has, (or perhaps
needs) everything?
Larry's take on Christmas
music is a great start for your holiday season no matter what your situation
is.
In
an age of an ever shortening attention span, an age of more "bells and
whistles" Larry has upped the musical dialogue by presenting these small
pieces, these small works that beckon for your attention, your involvement.
"Emotional"
is Larry's first release as a leader and not only features his own timeless
compositions and some highly spirited trumpet playing, but also several instruments
on the backing tracks. Keyboards, guitar, and all the drum programming.
Larry also brings into the spotlight the EVI - an electronic
wind controlled synthesizer made for trumpet players
by Nyle Steiner.
